COST TO ATTEND
This event is FREE to Post-Secondary/Collegiate members. All attendees must be affiliated HOSA members and registered through the HOSA Conference Management System (CMS) to attend.

Registration and Forms
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration Window is November 1-15, 2024
Student members and advisors must be affiliated to register for the FLC. There are no chapter limits for the number of students to attend. Late registrations will not be able to be accepted due to the quick turnaround for when the event will occur.
Complete and submit the registration process through the HOSA Conference Management System.

The HOSA State Office requires that each attendee complete the FLC Code of Conduct. Completed forms need to be emailed to contactus@wihosa.org by November 15.
